Can you install Reflectors in co-owned properties?
Yes, Espaciel Reflectors are generally accepted in co-owned properties for 3 reasons:
1/ Firstly, they are extremely slim and discreet: their reflective surfaces are less than 3mm thick (almost as thin as a DVD!)
2/ What’s more, they reflect the daylight and surrounding colours, so they blend perfectly into your environment.
3/ They are installed in your private space: for example on the inside of your railing or in front of your window. They barely protrude beyond the stone window surround and so are practically invisible from the courtyard or from the street
