Who ensures the delivery of my order?

At Espaciel, we have selected Chronospost for any shipment to France. This service includes the receipt of your parcels the day after the expedition before 13:00 and a detailed online follow-up.

Regarding all shipments outside France and Belgium we chose to go through Colissimo International. This service includes an online tracking of parcels and a delay of about a week for the big export (D +5 to D +10).
