What is your product return policy?

At Espaciel we wish you total satisfaction. If the Light Reflector does not give you the light gain you were hoping for, we first want to understand why and how your product is installed to provide you with a solution. In case you still wish to return your product, we offer you a 30-day money back guarantee.

If your products are not suitable for you once unpacked and installed, for whatever reason, just let us know by email and we will send you a prepaid return label. As soon as we receive your products, we will refund you the total amount, less the return shipping costs (20 € / product). For people living in Switzerland, we will refund the amount of your delivery excluding VAT.
