The Satisfied or Refunded offer, how does it work?

This is THE solution to make you 100% satisfied with your Espaciel purchase! All Light Reflectors purchased on the Espaciel online store, benefit from the Satisfied or Refunded 30 days offer, from the date of receipt of the package at your home.

Once your Espaciel Reflector has been unpacked and installed at your home, if it does not suit you, for any reason, simply let us know by email within this period. 
- If you live in France: you will then receive a prepaid return label to stick on your cardboard box. As soon as we receive your product, we will reimburse you the total amount, minus the return fee of 20,00€ / product.
- If you live outside France: you are responsible for the return of your order: upon receipt of the package, we will refund the total amount paid.
