Do I have to pay customs fees?

Espaciel delivery is offered, whatever the country of destination and whatever the number of Light Reflectors ordered.

Shipments are made from our warehouse in Lille, France. You will receive an online tracking code when your products are picked up by our carrier.

Orders made on the Espaciel online store, with a delivery address in the European Union, or in the United Kingdom, are inclusive of all taxes (All Taxes Included). The amount of this tax, called VAT, is 20%. It is included in the price you pay when you order.

Orders made on the Espaciel online store, with a delivery address outside the European Union, or the United Kingdom are VAT (All Taxes Included). Thus you do not pay 20% tax at the time of ordering. Example: you have your Light Reflector delivered to Switzerland, or Canada.

Upon arrival in the country of delivery, it is possible that an import tax will be applied. This tax is a percentage of the amount of your order, different from the 20% mentioned above. This tax is about 6% in Switzerland, and 15% in Quebec. Sometimes your country may charge you in addition to the customs fees. We don't have the hand on it.
