Delivery & Order


🕒 What are your delivery times?

Our products are carefully made and shipped.

Delivery takes around 2 weeks from the confirmation of your order.

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.


📦 How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

You can also check your order status from your customer account.

You have a 30-day “satisfied or refunded” trial period.

If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it easily, as long as it’s in good condition and in its original packaging.
