How do you install the Window Reflector when you have a glass spandrel?

The sill is a fixed part of the window below the sashes. A glazed sill covers a large opening. In this configuration, the window sill is located far below the window sashes.  How do I install the Espaciel Window Reflector in front of an opening with a glazed sill?

At Espaciel, we recommend two solutions.

Above the glass spandrel:
Mounted on the top rail of the spandrel. The Espaciel reflector is directly accessible from the window. This facilitates installation and maintenance. What's more, the reflector is close to the ceiling. There is little loss of light between the reflector and the ceiling, which acts as a light diffuser in the room. As a result, light from the sky penetrates deeper into the room.

At the bottom of the glass spandrel:
If the spandrel is not too high, it's also possible to place the Espaciel Reflector above the threshold of the opening. This is also possible when the spandrel is very high, but easily accessible from the outside. This is the case, for example, on the first floor. This solution offers the advantage of greater discretion for the reflector. On the other hand, the distance between the reflector and the ceiling is greater, potentially leading to more sky-light diffusion near the window.

Here's an example of how the Window Reflector can be mounted above the sill, in front of a low-height glass spandrel on the upper floors.
